Order Your Specialty Medication Refills
As part of our specialized pharmacy care, we will contact you when it is time to re-order your medicine and supplies. You can also request a refill online. If you ever find the need to contact us about a refill, please call your designated CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy; the number is conveniently listed on your prescription label.
After-hours Service
Should you have an emergency and need to speak with a clinician after regular business hours, call the toll-free number listed on your prescription. The answering service will page a clinician and have her contact you as soon as possible.
Generic Medications
Where applicable state and federal law allows, a less expensive, generically-equivalent medication will be substituted unless your doctor directs otherwise. If the prescription is written for a brand-name medication, we may contact your doctor for authorization to substitute a generic where appropriate.
