Respect for your Privacy
Your privacy is vital to CVS Caremark. All medications are shipped discreetly in secure, non-descript packaging to your home, office or other location you request*. CVS Caremark holds any information about your health in the strictest confidence, too. Our employees are trained regarding the importance of protecting your privacy.
As part of the accreditation process, both The Joint Commission and URAC conduct on-site surveys of the care and services provided by CVS Caremark. During the survey process, a surveyor may have access to your personal health information. If you do not wish to consent to the release of your personal health information during the accreditation survey, please notify your CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy.
We have a network of pharmacies which includes those with The Joint Commission and URAC accreditation.
