Get Started with CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy

Follow the steps below to begin services with us and fill your first specialty prescription today.

Step 1: Is your medication on our drug list?   Check our Specialty Pharmacy Drug List
Yes. Go to Step 2No. Please call the Customer Care number on the back of your prescription card.
 
Step 2: Submit your prescription to us by one of these convenient methods:
Fax to 1-800-323-2445. Have your doctor fax in your prescription. OR Online Form. You can complete our Patient information form and we will contact your doctor for the prescription. OR Call 1-800-237-2767. Have your doctor call in your prescription.
**Important: Once your prescription is received by our pharmacy, we will conduct a full benefits investigation and determine your coverage.
